What Do You Do When Your HOA Says You Can't Fly The American Flag? Option 1...





This looks like it could be in Fredericksburg, Va. If I had to guess, this is probably not in a subdivision. I don't know if this is a true story or if this is a Photoshopped picture, but I like it! I saw this in a Facebook post by Gloria L. Douglas-Writer.
